The generation of electricity based on renewable energy sources, particularly Photovoltaic (PV) system has been greatly increased and it is simply instigated for both domestic commercial uses. power generated from the PV erratic hence there a need an efficient converter to perform extraction maximum power. An improved interleaved Single-ended Primary Inductor-Converter (SEPIC) employed in proposed work extricate most source. This minimizes ripples, reduces electromagnetic interference due filter elements continuous input current improves output panel. A Crow Search Algorithm (CSA) Proportional Integral (PI) controller utilized controlling switches effectively by optimizing parameters PI controller. optimized ripples present Direct Current (DC) voltage, maintains constant voltage at overshoots with minimum settling rise time. given single phase grid via Voltage Source Inverter (VSI). command pulses VSI are produced simple response thus less current. After implementing CSA efficiency obtained Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) found be . dynamics closed loop operation designed modeled using MATLAB Simulink tool its behavior performed.
